Guest Service Agent - Hotel All Locations

We are seeking personable, friendly, customer service-oriented team members. The desire and ability to work with guest are a must for these positions. Previous cash handling experience is helpful. Flexible schedule and the ability to work in a fast paced environment is a must. Duties include, but is not limited to: * Register guests into hotel in a prompt and courteous manner * Check guests out of the hotel and processes customer payments according to established policies and procedures * Respond to guests requests promptly, provides guests with information and directions to local attractions to increase guest satisfaction * Resolve guests issues to their satisfaction and informs supervisor of major problems and/or complaints * Provide a professional image at all times through appearance and dress * Follow company policy and procedures
